Appointment Cancellation Policy

No show appointments will be required to cover 100% of the price of the scheduled appointment.

Special Instructions

To ensure efficient scheduling and uphold the quality of our services, we kindly request that customers notify us of any appointment cancellations at least 12 hours in advance. In the event of a late cancellation, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be applied. For appointments that are missed without prior notice (no-shows), we require payment of 100% of the appointment cost before rebooking can be arranged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our commitment to exceptional service for all our valued clients.
